I met Jayna just a few short months after moving to the Vancouver area, and as soon as business picked up I began sending my brides to her for their wedding day makeup.
She's a whole lot of fun during the getting ready part of the day and her makeup and hair speaks for itself. I had a blast spending the afternoon with her to create these before & afters. After seeing her at so many weddings it was cool to be in the chair myself. She gave me 2 makeup looks by changing the lashes and lips. We kept the hair the same because it was the husband's birthday and I wanted fancy hair for our dinner that night :)
I did this to demonstrate the difference a pro makeup artist makes in your photos. Jayna took these photos herself, with my camera set on automatic. We shot them in her living room beside a window. That's it. No camera tricks, or fancy lighting setups. It's all about the amazing makeup! I still look like me... just camera ready.
Don't be afraid to rock something different than your everyday for your wedding... your wedding is NOT everyday!
