Roundhouse engagement session with Jillian & Craig

Since shooting Jillian's brother's wedding and then their family photos, Jillian & Craig make me feel like part of the family. Clearly, they're completely crazy about each other and oddly intuitive about what I wanted them to do in front of my lens before I even asked (that is, when they remembered I was with them along for the love-fest) :) Can't wait for the wedding J&C!

Stefania & Anthony (and Juliana!) - Fort Langley engagement photography

Stefania and Anthony welcomed their daughter Juliana into the world just 2 weeks before we met for this engagement session! I'm so excited for their big Italian wedding at the new La Perla ballroom in New Westminster this September! Thanks for being up for anything S&A, like ignoring the 'trail closed' signs to shoot in one of my favourite Fort Langley spots ;)

Vancouver engagement photos with Dyan & Mark

Cute nurse meets cute surgeon... a match made in heaven I think! Mark is terrified that I will make him do cheesy photos - now he knows that if I see him not having fun I'm definitely finding a tree for them to peek around! It definitely keeps that genuine smile on his face, and surely Dyan's sunny personality doesn't hurt either ;)

Tanya & Drew get married at the Brock House

Our day began in Gastown in one of the neatest bridal prep locations I've shot in, with exposed beams and brick. It was great to see Megan from ML Makeup Artistry again! From there we wandered the streets and back alleys and made our way to Tanya's sister's restaurant, The Pourhouse. Along the way, we encountered a Gastown resident who I'm quite sure I've met before, a wandering guitar serenade made our Gastown session complete, and thanks to Vivian, it was captured on video! Fluffy white clouds (my favourite!) made an appearance at the beach while family and friends gathered at the Brock House for the ceremony. A perfect Vancouver day all in all. Thanks for sharing it with me, Tanya & Drew!(and Chloe & Cooper too!)
