What can I say about this awesome day? I think the photos tell the story better than I can. Rohan & Adriana perfectly intertwined their Indian and Italian heritages for a wedding filled with family, friends and love for these two. I photographed Adriana's brother's wedding two years ago, always wonderful to see past clients and their families again! Their pastor made us all giggle with his welcome to "all the lovely brown people and all the beautiful Italians" and continued a ceremony that mingled joy and laughter with rich vows and tradition. We ventured out to Iona Beach for the photo session and got lucky with air traffic to create some unique images for aviation buff Rohan.
This wedding and the next one to hit the blog was especially cool in that I had my 'sister', my soulmate, my 'person' - Heather Fritz with me. We have photographed weddings together all over Ontario, Saskatoon and now Vancouver. She took the coolest ring shot ever... you have to get all the way to the bottom to find it!

Meanwhile, Rohan and his guys were dressing at his parent's home just a couple blocks away. Heather did such an amazing job of capturing all the activity that I felt like I was there!
Off to the church...
And we arrived back at Riverside Palace to find a lot of lovely décor and the most amazing cake I have ever seen... made my the groom's own uncle!
