Industry Night at PICA |
Last week I attended the first ever Industry Night, hosted by the Pacific Institute of the Culinary Arts (PICA). It was an evening themed of black & white and jazz, and while mingling with some of the city's best event vendors we were treated to some delicious canapes and desserts prepared by PICA's chefs. Tairalyn, the event coordinator at PICA is truly a master at event planning, not a detail is overlooked. The room was complete with some of the freshest decor and coolest details (chocolate cigars that looked like the real thing at first glance!) Canapes and desserts were served on vinyl records (so cool) and there was a sommelier on hand to keep the wine and martinis flowing.
Photobooth Vancouver provided some fun for all of us... clowning around with the uber-talented Jayna I recommend to all of my clients
Corycatures was there to entertain us all with his talent...
This is the setting that inspired the caricature... that's me with Dean, another amazing Vancouver photographer, and Tairalyn, a past bride you may recognize here, and here, she's the Event Coordinator at PICA
It was a great evening, and now we all know what a fabulous job PICA can do for your event! |
